Advised the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) on a first-loss capital loan to the IIX Women’s Catalyst Fund to catalyze bond issuances financing gender-lens investing to support climate action and gender equality.

Advised the DFC on a $30 million follow-on loan to the IIX Women's Catalyst Fund (a PI2 project), a subordinated debt vehicle providing first loss capital for bond offerings ("Women's Livelihood Bonds") that ultimately fund underlying loans to improve women's livelihoods in South and Southeast Asia and other emerging economies.

Advised the DFC in a $200 million on-lending project to private companies in Mexico and Colombia helping credit invisible borrowers secure services such as healthcare, education, and housing.

Advised the DFC in a $130 million financing for the development, construction, and operation of a 300-megawatt solar photovoltaic power plant in Rajasthan, India.

Advised IDB Invest in the $23 million financing of medium-term loans to private companies in Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru for the renewal and expansion of vehicle rental fleet.

Advised IDB Invest in a $30 million digital on-lending platform focused on secured loans in Brazil.

Advised Meridiam Infrastructure North America Inc. on fiber-to-the-home projects in Indiana, Alabama, and Tennessee, including drafting development agreements with governmental counterparts, drafting engineering, procurement, and construction agreements, offtake (ISP) agreements, and supply and services agreements with private counterparty contractors.

Advised Lithium Werks on its acquisition by Reliance Industries.

Advised the British International Investment Private Limited Company (BII) in connection with its ongoing debt financings in Guinea-Bissau, India, and Egypt.

Advised a strategic investor with respect to its prospective acquisition of a biopharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Europe with subsidiaries in the United States.

Advised a strategic investor with respect to its prospective acquisition of a biopharmaceutical consulting firm based in Southeast Asia with subsidiaries in the United States.

Advised a strategic investor with respect to its prospective acquisition of a textile manufacturer conglomerate based in East Asia with subsidiaries in the United States, Mexico, and Honduras.

Advised various Honduran portfolio companies, including mining businesses, automobile retail businesses, and agribusiness projects in connection with corporate and labor compliance.

Provided opinion letters under Honduran law on behalf of a major automobile retailer corporation in its $3 million business financing.

Advised a Central American insurance company through its incorporation process before the Honduran Central Bank.
